I met up with fellow Children's Photographer  Heather Morrow over the weekend and we exchanged sessions.  She picked the most incredible location and we got some amazing images.  First, here are her girls: Miss Riley was nothing short of a diva.  She was ready at a moments notice to "strike a pose"

Next is Miss Lucee.  We started out great...she wanted to hold my hand crossing the street.  But...she was done with me before we really got started and then only wanted Mommy.  I did manage to get some towards the end again (after some bribing with chocolate)

Now, here is Mommy and Daddy (ssssizzle).  I kept telling them I felt like I shouldn't be there watching this (:

Ok, everybody say it with me...aaaawwwww.  I just love squishy newborns.  This is why I insist on getting "my newborns" in during that magic 2 weeks mark (the earlier the better).  Here are some recent newborns...

Ella Grace (14 days)

Harrison "Harry" William (29 days --but the NICU nurses hogged him for the first 3 weeks-hee hee)

S.B. (28 days...ok ok I'm not really making my point with the age thing am I?  She was still a little squishy even though she was older...and too cute not to share)

Busy at Bellerive

I just wanted to pop in and show you all what I've been up to.  I am so proud because I was able to build this "set" with just 6 hinges and a whole lotta velcro (:  Which is a good thing because I'm not very "handy".  I spent last weekend building it in my garage and then had to take it apart to transport it....build it again...take it down...etc.  BUT, it was sooo worth it.  Thank you Jeanne for inviting me to be a part of Boutique Bellerive.  I met a lot of people and reaffirmed the fact that everybody knows everybody else in St. Louis.  It's CRAZY.  Also, a huge thank you to Laurie and Kim.  I'd also like to thank the Academy and my producers...Hee hee.  Seriously though Thanks girls.  And Jennifer, it was great seeing you....sorry I made you cry (;

Anyway without further blabbering, here is what I've been up to.

I've got lots of sessions to share soon but for now I've gotta run return calls and emails.

Friends and Family

You know those special friends in your life?  The ones that, if given the choice, you would have picked to be your family?  These are some of those friends to me (:   I've known C. for more than 3/4 of my life.  It was great seeing you guys...hope you had a safe trip home.  I haven't had time to look at everything but here are a few I stumbled across tonight that I liked.
